Our Return Policy
At African Mavericks, we strive to deliver high-quality products that you’ll love. As we use a print-on-demand service through Printful, our return policy is built on their guidelines.
What’s our return policy?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges, as each item is custom-made just for you. However, if something is wrong with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product—please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizing charts provided in each product description. If you believe an item you received was mislabeled, please contact us within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
Additional Information:
- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed our responsibility are covered at our expense.
- Any orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to reshipment costs. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to the facility and may incur reshipment costs.
- Returned shipments are sent to the Printful facility by default. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you may be liable for any returned shipments.
Health and Hygiene Considerations:
Due to health and hygiene reasons, Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks. Any returned orders including these items will be disposed of and will not be available for reshipping.
EU Consumers:
Please note, according to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, or for sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
